What we did

Migrated 24,500 SKUs to BigCommerce B2B Edition (consolidated to 9,585 products using variant architecture). Built custom cXML Punchout endpoints replacing TradeCentric entirely. Deployed Fowara's multi-tenant portal with SSO, pick tickets, and partial fulfillment tracking. Integrated QuickBooks Online Plus API for automated invoicing, payments, and sales order sync. Added AI chat agent (Claude Sonnet 4) for product lookup and order status.
