Move to a modern commerce stack without breaking contract pricing, buyer-specific catalogs, or procurement workflows. Hospital groups expected Punchout from their Coupa/Ariba-style environments with minimal friction.
What we did
Structured migration to BigCommerce with validation gates on product and pricing data. Buyer portal on Fowara's multi-tenant Azure stack with Punchout endpoints, exercised through code review, security review, integration tests, and E2E scenarios before go-live. Order and accounting flows aligned with QuickBooks Online.
